Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 92king platform available at 92king.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 92king Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 92king platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any account found to belong to a person below the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. Any winnings accrued on such an account will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by 92king, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 92king. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment details, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. You must keep your account details up to date at all times. 92king may request verification of any information provided.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 92king will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 92king support immediately via live chat. 92king may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

92king reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on any account at any time. These checks may include identity verification, address verification, source of funds verification, and payment method verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC checks within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 92king platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals processed through the platform:

Accepted Payment Methods: 92king currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed within your 92king account under the Payments section.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit to the same account, except where alternative arrangements have been approved in writing by 92king's payments team.

92king offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible registered users. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered users aged 21 and above who have completed the applicable verification requirements and who have not self-excluded from the platform.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual offer terms.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The following general gaming terms apply across all 92king game categories:

Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point in your relationship with 92king.
• Creating more than one account, whether using your own details or the details of another person, with or without that person's knowledge or consent.
• Using the 92king platform in connection with any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended.

• Accessing or attempting to access any other user's account, or any part of 92king's internal systems, without explicit authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 92king platform — including but not limited to the 92king name, logo, brand identity, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92king or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92king platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any 92king content without prior written consent.
• Use any 92king brand assets, trademarks, or intellectual property for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 92king platform using automated tools.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 92king platform on any other website or digital property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92king and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 92king platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes that are attributable to third-party game providers, subject to 92king's reasonable best efforts to resolve such errors.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Account Suspension & Termination

92king reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC checks within required timeframes.
• Court orders, regulatory directives, or law enforcement requests.
• A user's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming section of their account.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, 92king reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any account balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds where the termination is a result of fraudulent conduct or a material breach on your part.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting 92king support via live chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 92king platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 92king operates its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 92king's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body as designated by the applicable licensing authority.
